In the beginning

We were fortunate to find a plot which was almost square and fairly level. Because we were building in a conservation area (yes even in Milton Keynes) there were some restrictions on the styles and finishes that we were allowed to use. The decision to build a Queen Anne style double fronted house came as a result of the good utilisation of space and the comments received from the planners
